Today Im going to talk about how you can better your investing in Florida real estate. There a ton of cash-flow properties here that never existed in Florida. I always suggest investing in waterfront properties. As Oprah said once on her show about investing in Hawaii waterfront property "GODS NOT MAKING ANYMORE." The same holds true for Florida. I see so many of my novice investors who make crucial and costly mistakes, they buy inland properties not waterfront. When the market rebounds thats when they will remember what I advised.

Still most people wait until they can buy and flip for instant gratification. Hence the bubble that recently past. Successful investors buy low and wait. And sometimes keep waiting but they always sell high. They recognize a deal and have patience. For some reason most humans like the get rich schemes much better. And they end up getting caught with there pants down. When now is definitely the time to buy most will wait until the market starts to turn and want to kick themselves for not listening. The best advice I have for the day is buy waterfront that cash-flows you cant go wrong! And buy now! Its not going to last forever.
